1. Cartons (even pasted) are fed seamlessly into the auto feeder.
2. The auto feeder feeds each carton on the main conveyor.
3. Advanced camera technology from Baumer inspects every barcode, ensuring that each is readable and correct. If a barcode is incorrect or unreadable, the carton is automatically ejected into a secure bin for easy handling.
The system is user-friendly, so even unskilled operators can manage it with confidence. Equipped with Baumer cameras, this setup efficiently checks 1D and 2D codes and performs OCR, giving you the reliability your production demands.
The conveyor comes with 2 motors, one for the main conveyor & another for the feeder. This is done to allow the operator to increase or decrease the gap between 2 cartons.
50,000 cartons can be scanned in an hour.
Plus, with TIJ printers on the conveyor, you can print variable data on the cartons—data which the camera system can scan and report on as needed.
