This system is a camera based inspection system that is installed on Carton folder gluer / pasting machines.

Description -

- We provide an applicaiton called Simply Pharma which is developed by us, which allows the user to generate & assign unique Pharmacodes to each individual job / batch. 
- Each job will get a unique value of Pharmacode which will be printed on the pasting flap of each carton. The camera scans the pharmacodes on the pasting flaps of all the cartons while the job is running. 
- If there is a mixup, the value of this mixup carton will be different & the camera system will detect the mixup. 
- As a corrective action, an alarm will be sounded & the feeder will be stopped. (If an ejector is present, this system is also capable of tracking & ejection online)
- When the feeder stops, a few good cartons may pass, before the feeder completely stops. The screen will display the number of carton which is to be removed. This is an important feature. 
- Once the mixup is removed, the user must press the "Error Acknowledge" button on the screen, after which, the machine feeder will start again. 

- This system stores data of each and every job & generates reports of each job. These reports can be exported to a USB drive at any time. These reports can be submitted to Pharma customers as well.
