This is a Viewing / monitoring system that will help your Flexo Label Printing Machine or Rotogravure Printing Machine Operator save paper, ink, time & efforts when setting up a new job & running the machine.

Each printing station gets a compact colour camera that captures highly magnified images of the tiny register mark in each repeat & displays these images on a big screen. Even the slightest misregister can be seen clearly on the screen. 

At the time of job setup, the operator can see the registration from each station easily on the screen. No need to wait for the web to travel to the end of the machine for the operator to see the register! 

On the screen, register from each station is displayed in Split View. Individual station's image can be enlarged as well! If there is a misregister at station 3, the operator can see it much before the web travels to the end of the machine. The operator can even see the impact/result of the correction immediately on the screen. This helps in saving paper, ink & time and also allows the operator to monitor registration much more easily. 

The system is extremely simple to use & becomes seamless very quickly. There is no need to set up. The cameras start triggering as soon as the machine is started.

What’s more? This system also records the progress of the job & generates exportable reports of the production achieved. Total Running Meters used for set up, actual running meters, time stamps, etc. are recorded. This can be used to analyse the day to day production on your machine!
