This is a QA system for Carton manufacturers. The primary purpose of this inspection system is to detect carton mixups on Carton Folder Gluer Machines. 

We provide a Pharmacode generation software which generates unique Pharmacodes for every job. The pharmacode is to be printed on the side pasting flaps of all the cartons. 

On the folder gluer machine, we install our Camera system. The camera will scan the pharmacodes on the pasting flaps of all the cartons. If there is a mixup, the pharmacode of the mixup carton will be different as every job gets a unique code. When the mixup gets detected, the system stops the feeder & displays which carton is faulty & to be removed.

Additionally, we also provide a rotary disc ejector that ejects mixup cartons online without stopping the machine.
